Kiernan Heads To Southend

Kiernan Heads To Southend

Yesterday afternoon, defender Rob Kiernan made the permanent move to Southend United.

The 26 year old Irishman moves for an undisclosed fee and he has signed a three year deal with the Roots Hall outfit, with the option for a fourth year.

He previously spent time with Southend back in the 2013 campaign during a loan spell whilst he was with Wigan Athletic.

It was from Wigan he moved to us in the summer of 2015 and having made his debut in the six two victory over Hibernian that campaign, he went on to make a total of 76 appearances for Rangers, returning one goal.
