Dunfermline Or Hamilton In Scottish Cup

Dunfermline Or Hamilton In Scottish Cup

The Scottish Cup quarter round draw was made this week, which following this draw Rangers now know Dunfermline or Hamilton will be the visitors next month.

Graeme Murty oversaw the weekend victory over Greenock Morton to put Rangers into the last eight with the winners of the Dunfermline and Hamilton replay - taking place tonight - coming to Ibrox in March.

Rangers' quest to secure the Scottish Cup this season - after losing to Hibernian in last season's final - is our only chance of silverware this term but Scottish Premiership rivals Aberdeen and Celtic will be among those looking to prevent this.

But to continue beyond this quarter-final tie we'll have to be overcome Dunfermline or Hamilton, which isn't going to be easy by any stretch of the imagination and isn't a given we will.

Quarter-final round draw.

Aberdeen v Partick Thistle
Celtic v St Mirren
Hearts or Hibernian v Ayr United or Clyde
Rangers v Dunfermline Athletic or Hamilton Academical

This game will be played - whatever side we face - on the weekend of 4th/5th March.

Are we happy with the tie? Are you also confident of the chances of making it into the next round?
