Bouzid Joins For A Trial

Rangers have announced that they have taken former Hearts defender Ismael Bouzid on trial for a short period.

Bouzid most recently played for Kilmarnock last season, and he's been capped 13 times by Algeria and is obviously an international team mate of former defender Madjid Bougherra.

Manager Ally McCoist will be running his eye over him over the next few days.

Many fans will know him best from his time at Tynecastle, where he made 64 starts between 2009 and 2011, scoring once which was a winner over Celtic.

The 30 year old player can also operate at full back.
