Cole Signs New Deal

Cole Signs New Deal

Despite spending more than three months on the sickbed last season after reconstructive ankle surgery, Darren Cole impressed enough towards the end of the campaign for him to be offered a new deal after his last contract ran out over the summer break.

The 21 year old came back at the end of our last campaign and showed he was over the ankle issues that had plagued him for most of the season and now everybody - not least him - are looking forward to seeing him push forward and make up for some lost time.

Cole made his debut at 18 years old in the Champions League match against Bursaspor back in December 2010, and he made three appearances last season.
