Ex Rangers defender on loan to Hearts

Ex Rangers defender Danny Wilson is back in Scotland, on loan to Hearts from Liverpool but insists he has no regrets in leaving Rangers.

Wilson, still only 21 years old, joined Hearts on loan last week and has already made his debut. He has made only nine top team appearances for Liverpool, and has also spent some time on loan to Blackpool. He said:

'I left Rangers with the intention to become a better football player. I feel I have done that so I don't think it backfired. I don't regret anything. I made the decision at the time and I have to stand by my decision. I've learned things that I don't know if I would have learned.'
